PolarWrap, LLC, located in Memphis, Tennessee, was organized as a Limited Liability Company under the laws of the state of Tennessee on January 8, 1997.  The Company was founded on the premise of offering new and innovative products to the market place to keep people warm.

From its beginning, the Company has been primarily engaged in the manufacturing and wholesale distribution of masks containing its patented thermal exchange technology and other innovative cold weather products.  The Company’s research, along with independent research, has demonstrated that the human body stays much warmer in a cold environment when breathing warm air.  The masks with the thermal exchange technology achieve positive results by allowing the wearer to breathe warm, moist air in a cold environment.

As the Company has grown, new products have been developed to join the line of thermal exchange masks.  In 2005, the Company launched its line of insulated products using Aerogel, a nanotechnology developed for and used by NASA in space suits and the shuttle.  PolarWrap’s Aerogel-infused products continue the Company’s commitment to provide leading-edge creations designed to keep people warm.
